You can order parts for your scooter on our webshop, but you can also pay for the scooter parts in the following ways;

The prices stated on our webshop for scooter parts include 21% VAT. We can reduce costs by using automated systems. By buying smart and large, Allesvoorscooters.nl can offer competitive prices for all scooter parts.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are the costs we charge for sending and processing your order. This is a fixed amount for handling, packaging and shipping itself. So there are no other costs. The shipping costs are a fixed amount and there are no surcharges, there is an additional cost for sending with PostNL instead of DPD. With us you can choose whether you have your order delivered by DPD or PostNL, you can of course also pick up in Groningen on every Thursday between 09:00 and 11:00 For this you must first place an online order via the webshop. To send your order to Belgiumë are the shipping costs below € 100.00 with DPD & euro; 9.95 and & euro; 10.95 with PostNL. Orders above € 100.00 we ship for free with DPD and the surcharge for PostNL is € 1,95.

Tip: Do you only want to order small parts, such as a spark plug, gasket or nozzle? Please contact us in advance so that we can make an adjustment to the shipping costs. You can also contact us immediately after ordering, if your order has not yet been shipped. Afterwards we can no longer make corrections because we work with a courier who uses a fixed price for us. If your order has not yet been sent, we can post it ourselves and then we will not have the 'normal' costs.


When you buy a part from us you are always entitled to a good product, provided you use the product normally. If a part does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty provisions from the Dutch Civil Code.
You must in any case contact us within two weeks after discovery of the defect. After your notification, we will investigate whether we can easily repair the defect or whether we can return the product and/or the defective parts. can replace. If this is not possible in its entirety, or in the short term, we offer you the option to dissolve the agreement. You will then receive (part of) the purchase price from us. Have you placed an order and don't want to receive the parts? Send us an e-mail or telephone customer service. Even if you have already paid for the order, it is no problem to cancel it and receive the money back or receive other parts. Always contact us as soon as possible to prevent the order from being processed / shipped.


If, despite our careful check, it appears that a scooter part supplied by us is not good, you can return the relevant part, or the entire order. On our webshop you can enter the brand, type and year of construction of the scooter to find the right scooter parts. By entering the brand and type of scooter, our webshop knows which  parts are suitable for your scooter. Not sure which scooter you have? Send a photo of your scooter via the Contact form so that we can check which scooter you have. After confirming your scooter type, you will enter the 'parts catalogue'. In the 'parts catalogue' you can find the parts you are looking for based on the product groups.

Delivery times

Allesvoorscooters.nl has most scooter parts in stock in our warehouse in Groningen or in Jena (Germany). The parts in stock are delivered within 1 to 2 working days (if ordered before 14:00 on a working day). We do not ship orders on weekends. If we send an order on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday. Thanks to our own stock, we are able to deliver approximately 70% of our range within 1 working day (ordered today = delivered tomorrow). Unfortunately, this is not always possible and we therefore recommend that you allow for a delivery time of 1-2 working days. Are you in a hurry? Please contact our customer service in advance. We then check in which warehouse the product in question is located so that we can give a good indication of the delivery time. The current stock status is clearly indicated for all parts in our webshop, this is very accurate and is updated every night. If we have a difference in stock, or for some other reason we are unable to deliver within 2 working days, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Matching parts

In our webshop for scooter parts we have a 'scooter selector' where you can select the scooter for which you need parts. When you use the scooter selector, you must first indicate the brand and then the type of scooter, then our webshop only shows parts and accessories that are suitable for your scooter. PAY ATTENTION! With universal products such as styling parts and tools, it is not always suitable for your scooter, please contact our customer service to be sure. With brake pads we currently have a limitation in the difference between the front brake and rear brake. So different brake pads / brake discs are shown, if you want to be sure which one is suitable for the front and which one is suitable for the rear, please contact our scooter parts customer service.
